<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As a member of the IT team, the IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for driving IT Services and Technology in the area of Manufacturing Production Systems.

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Role:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implement/Support the “Lear Production System” – our shop floor Manufacturing Software.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Travel required for initial implementation and launch support.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be a first line of support for locations that are Live for open issues.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with the LPS team to ensure project implementation, support, and plant timelines are met.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist Sr. Programmers to help define, execute, and govern a strategic information systems application that is aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build effective relationships with other members of the LPS team and provide knowledge, support, and expertise.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implement systems consistent with Lear’s global, regional and product strategies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide insight and idea’s to help the improvement of the LPS system and supporting applications.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with other technology leaders to develop, implement and optimize the operating environment to best achieve business results.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist mgt in setting realistic, effective and sound project/budget plans.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Logical troubleshooting skills, ability to quickly determine the source of a problem and implement a fix.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understanding of  production build processes and conveyor systems

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understand TCP/IP, OPC, and PLC protocol communications.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with Remote Management tools
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with Network diagnostic tools
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Microsoft SQL (design, query, administration)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">A strong understanding of PC Desktop (PC/Thin Client)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of Physical and logical Networking infrastructure and Cisco switch communications
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with Virtualized Server Environments
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years experience in IT project management and software implementation
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor Degree in Information Technology

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bonus If You Have:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">MCSE or equivalent experience with ability to configure windows servers
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Some experience in working in the Automotive IT Environment a plus.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of PLC functionality and capabilities.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">PC to PLC interfacing a plus
