As a member of the Strategy team, the Senior Strategy Analyst will be responsible for: Being the lead on research and analysis to support E-Systems strategy engagements, synthesizing and preparing base slides and supporting the team with Ad-Hoc requests

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to support internal strategy projects
  • Supporting the development of robust reports, presentations, and models tied with on-going initiatives
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support leadership

The Hour by Hour Task Breakdown with percentages:

  • Market research and data analysis 80%
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support 20%


Your Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, economics, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point – able to data model and create slides organically
  • Excellent primary and secondary research skills
  • Strong ability to synthesize data and turn it into clear business insights
  • 3-6 years of professional experience
  • Strong people skills: Ability to connect with individuals and work in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated with proven time management skills
