Systems Engineering Lead

As a member of the Electrification Systems Engineering team, the System Team Lead will be the technical interface to Customer and the different project groups (SW, HW, MECH...) for System Requirements, System Architecture and System Integration Testing work-products and coverage.


The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead, plan, coordinate and control the System requirements, System Architectural Design, System Integration testing and System Test activities
  • Manage System resources of a project
  • Perform estimations for projects (schedule, System resources, System Tools)
  • Ensures elicitation of requirements for Customer Requirements, System Requirements and System Architecture
  • Lead and supervise risk management activities for System Requirements, System Architecture and System Integration testing
  • Management and moderation of the System FMEA meetings (meeting agenda, attendees, and periodical scheduling)  


Your Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering/Computer Science discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience as a lead in automotive engineering environment
  • Multi-discipline knowledge and vision
  • Requirements management in DOORS or equivalent tool
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a diverse and globally distributed team
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ASPICE



Bonus If You Have:

  •  Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years of systems engineering experience in automotive industry
  • Experience in developing Electrification products
  • Experience in embedded software development
  • Experience in ECU hardware development
