Job Description

  • Oversee support functions (transportation, cafeteria, discipline) at a strategic level, with a team dedicated to day-to-day management.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance of HR processes.
  • Ensure that internal regulations are enforced and propose adjustments if necessary.
  • Closely monitor key HR indicators: turnover rate, absenteeism, workplace accidents, etc.
  • Set up and monitor HR dashboards to analyze trends and guide decisions.
  • Oversee the handling of disciplinary cases: ensure compliance with legal and internal procedures, validate proposed sanctions.
  • Monitor health insurance files: coordinate with providers, track reimbursements, manage complex cases.
  • Participate in defining HR policies in conjunction with management.
  • Ensure that HR practices are consistent with performance and workplace well-being objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, internal regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Organize schedules with production managers.
  • Propose changes to internal regulations.
  • Propose and implement all means of internal information dissemination (e.g., company newsletter, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
  • Propose amendments to the internal regulations
  • Propose and implement all means of internal information dissemination (e.g., company newsletter, etc.)
  • Contribute to the reduction of significant environmental aspects.

Experience Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations

Languages

  • Excellent French & English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
