Missions:

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Register all employee’s new hires in medical insurance.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Follow up with insurance company.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Improve the canteen planning break for direct & indirect employees 

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Prepare in time the requested administrative documents for employees

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Prepare monthly contract evaluation for direct employees.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Ensure and manage properly the disciplinary interviews 

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Participate daily in the multidisciplinary meeting with other departments.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Support all HR functional areas.

 

To be successful for this role:

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Bachelor/Master’s degree.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         At least one (1) full year of experience in Human Resources department.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Knowledge of the general operations of Human Resources and basic employee benefits.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Ability to be flexible and respond to varied demands while consistently prioritizing all        incoming requests.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Must be able to work as a part of a team under aggressive deadlines.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written formats.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Ability to exercise sound judgment.

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Strong organizational skills

<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">·         Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language Skills:

French, English
