Job Description
Responsibilities

Lead quality planning and control activities across assigned products and processes.

Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.

Support new product and process launches through APQP, PFMEA, and control plans.Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory quality requirements.

Coordinate audits, including internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.

Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce defects and variation.

Prepare and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and control plans.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate quality issues clearly and effectively.
