Define the work method, needed equipment, and perform capacity studies for assembly operations

Analyze and implement engineering changes on assembly lines

Lead a team of Process Technicians to acheive team’s goals

Lead Continuous improvement activities & participation in quality claims analysis & action plans

Your missions:

  • Define the work method and equipment needed for the wire harness assembly.
  • Identify and perform studies to improve the efficiency and optimize the layout of the lines.
  • Perform capacity studies of the production units.
  • Coordinate with all teams and suppliers to success new projects launches.
  • Prepare, control, and update the Capacity Sheets and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Analyze and implement model year changes on assembly lines.
  • Ensure Capex spending according to the forecast.
  • Participate to all workshops to improve Plant indicators.
  • Commit to HSE Actions.

  To be successful for this role:

  • Minimum Bac+5 (Industrial or Technical Engineering).
  • Proven experience within automotive fields – at least 5 years.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Automotive Engineering field.
  • Experience in process preparation along different engineering documents.
  • Leadership & team work spirit.
  • English and French mandatory.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • High knowledge of problem solving tools.
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel, PPT, …).

  • French.
  • English.
