Position overview:
Reporting directly to Product Supervisor, our future product engineer, will have as main missions to is responsible for the design, development, validation, and improvement of components or systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure change management and implementation with trackability.
- Participate to QIE, BUILD/OPEN ISSUE & Design Review Meetings
- Setup Meeting with Lead Unit to address technical and design issues for ECR/PCN/FCM…
- Ensure and validate reliability of Manufacturing data.
- Ensure and validate reliability of Release Package
- Communicate with Plant Team to support Manufacturing improvement required.
- Communicate Release Package to Lead Unit according to defined schedules.
- Respect Deliverables due dates according Project Timing
- Communicate with C&P Team to support APR elaboration (BOM & Labor)
- Ensure Lear and Customer Specs are followed and respected.
- Master CAP-XC to ensure change implementation.
- Master SEM to ensure component creation and release.
- Master SEM/EDS to ensure and respect Change Feasibility Process
- Ensure the follow-up and status for changes (List of ECR/PCN/FCM…to implement in XC)
- Ensure the update of Archive Folder
- Feedback to all SCR request from PETC
- Participate on Action Plan related to Product data improvement.
- Communicate with Tools & Processes Team to improve the quality of data/report extracted from (cap-XC, LMI, …)
- Provide all necessary data to Plant Product Team to ensure manufacturing launch.
- Ensure the application and respect of the internal procedures of the department.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Rules.
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
- Contribute to the reduction of significant environmental aspects.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
