Position overview:

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Launch coordinator to join us in Lear Connection Systems Morocco. If you like new challenges, want to join a fantastic team, and enjoy fast-paced environments this opportunity is for you!

 

As a Project and process Launch coordinator, you will lead the plant cross functional and central teams to achieve objectives in accordance with customers milestones and allocated budgets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Monitor & Drive industrialization timing projects.
  • Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency.
  • Lead & follow up preparation for customer milestones.
  • Complete the Launch of new projects.
  • Complete the Launch of transfer projects.
  • Support capex establishment and follow up.
  • Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing and change management procedure.
  • Introduce new technology and new way of working to optimize/reduce labor.
  • Push for cost saving implementation
  • Participate in the RFQs elaboration of awarded projects.
  • ensure technological monitoring during project development.
  • ensure deliverables in terms of documentation and reports for all departments (BOM, PFC, PFMEA…),
  • support process development and capacity planning.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Engineering Degree

•    Automotive experience and at least 5 years in Project Management and process development.

  • Experience in injection process.
  • Good Project Management competencies
  • Ability to prioritize work and objective oriented.
  • Good Communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
