Job Description

Reporting to the System Quality Coordinator, the System Quality Technician assists in the administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the coordination of internal audits.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the QMS.
  • Track reporting for the Quality Department.
  • Communicate updates and new documented information to all staff.
  • Contribute to training direct and indirect personnel on QMS requirements.
  • Create the annual LPA schedule and track completion.
  • Ensure quality indicators are kept up to date and displayed.
  • Monitor customer scorecards.
  • Track report updates.
  • organize quality documentation.
  • Schedule internal audits.
  • Request action plans following non-conformities detected during internal audits.
  • Update document revisions in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.

Education Requirements

Two years of higher education (BAC+2) in a relevant field

Experience Requirements

A first experience in quality management, including internships
