Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation in line with QMS/CSR requirements.
- Drive TISAX certification
- Plan, organize, and lead internal audits (Process & product) to ensure full system compliance.
- Lead problem solving for quality management system gaps .
- Ensure consistently audit (process and product) readiness at all times and coordinate the effective closure of audits findings.
- Drive the resolution of quality system deviations using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa; PDCA).
- Work in close collaboration with all functions to drive the quality system documentation
- Act as a key interface between departments for quality system topic.
- Monitor audits performance and drive continuous improvement of audit results.
- Contribute to Maintain a compliant and efficient QMS in term of IATF certification, Number of major/minor non-conformities (audits) &CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance
- Contribute to proactive risk management within the Quality Management System.
- Have authority to stop production and shipment in case of major risk.
- Facilitate communication and alignment on quality objectives and improvement actions.
Experience Requirements
- Bac+5 Quality Degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Core tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving knowledge
- Audit performing knowledge,
- Strong leadership, and ability to gather people around common target
