Job Description
- Communicate customer claims, warranty issues, and internal quality concerns across the plant
- Monitor and analyze key quality KPIs such as WC, RPPM, LMQM, and SPPM
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System and control plans
- Lead and support a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Controllers
- Drive corrective and preventive actions related to internal and external defects
- Coordinate and execute processes and product audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with standards
Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer
- Working knowledge of AIAG core tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949 quality standards and systems
- Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills
