Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the UCS cutting software: unified cutting system and settings
- Lead the UCS team to achieve objectives in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Import UCS files, review errors, and list differences before migrating new UCS files for serial and spare parts projects
- Support the launch of new projects and the phase-out of existing ones
- Ensure the flow of the Kanban system
- Configure the Kanban system and flow management by project
- Set up necessary parameters for system transactions (RM-SF to Loc05)
- Manage and monitor engineering changes
- Oversee the evolution of customer projects and circuits at the phase-out stage
- Manage and track remaining production with planners to reduce the risk of obsolescence
- Evaluate obsolete material and monitor material adjustments in the system (Loc05)
- Plan and control cycle counts to ensure stock reliability in the rack system (Loc05)
- Process and analyze WTW in the system (Loc05)
- Process and analyze cycle inventories in the system (Loc05)
- Ensure the development of human potential and resources to achieve quality and efficiency objectives
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements
- Contribute to the reduction of significant environmental aspects
Key skills and Qualifications:
- You must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate UCS team.
- You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
- You need to have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Effective communication skills are essential to ensure clear instructions and feedback within the team.
- Good in both English & French languages, spoken and written
