Position overview: Implementation and assuring adherence to all HR policies and employment laws and regulations, reporting and analyzing HR metrics, managing employee databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Update, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by each department
• Generating reports and analyzing HR metrics
• Assisting in the implementation of HR technology solutions or process improvements
• Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws
• Managing employee databases or HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and launch investigations
• Responsible for preparing the documentation of new hires and terminations

Key skills and Qualifications:

• University Degree

• Previous experience in automotive industry on similar position
• Foreign Languages: English (working proficiency)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in HRMS or any relevant HR Management Software
• Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment.
