We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Supervisor, based in Torreon Plant, Ciudad Torreon. Coah (E-Systems Division).

As manufacturing supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.

Your Task will be:

• Organization of operating personnel
• Position Diagrams
• Control of production efficiency per line
• Control of the release cover of production by line
• POM control of daily production
• Control attendance of assigned personnel
• Verify that the material necessary for production is always available
• Supervise the production of harnesses daily
• Meet the production schedule
• Monitor downtime and generate reports
• Ensure and maintain the highest standards of order and cleanliness in their areas
   

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: University Grade        
•  Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (Preferred)
• Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.                                                                                                         
•  Bilingual (Spanish-English)
