We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Supervisor, based in Torreón, Coahuila . (E-Systems Division).

As Quality Supervisor will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Coordinator.

Your tasks will be:

Follow up on systems and procedures for quality control.
Maintain workstations with procedures and visual aids that are always updated and in good condition, with all requirements and inspection of the first piece.
Carry out the in-process inspection and final audit.
Obtain good results in your area in the quality walks and internal and external audits of IATF16949.
Ensure the taking of corrective actions in the process or area, resulting from quality problems.
Stop production processes where quality problems or non-compliance with systems are detected.
Inform staff about customer complaints, reasons, and actions to take.
Ensure monitoring of quality procedures and systems.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field.
1+ Years on similar positions within the automotive harness industry.
Ms- Office..
BIQ & Core tools Knowledge
Problem solving skills.
Leadership.
English intermediate level
