The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Project collaboration in both stamping and injection molding
  • Responsible for technical drawings from prototyping to production
  • Performing essential calculations and analysis in conjunction with mechanical design to verify the design meets the specification
  • Communicating with vendors, machine shops, global project teams, and customers, to solve any problem encountered during development and manufacturing
  • Maintaining related documentations such as BOMs and tool drawings
  • May also be assigned some tasks in helping any mechanical or engineering need in the production facility
  • System level thinking and cross-disciplinary interactions

Your Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering (other engineering disciplines considered)
  • Must have strong skills and experience with mechanical drawing software packages, such as SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of engineering materials, inclusive of mold and die steels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Detail oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment


Bonus If You Have:

  •     Experience in injection molding (Preferred but not required)
  •     Experience in mechanical design for applications of high-speed stamping and injection molding
  •     Technical presentation skills
