Job Description

 

Join our AI Department and support the delivery of high-impact AI and software projects. In this role, you will focus on project coordination, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication rather than hands-on technical development. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI and software-related projects.
  • Manage project resources and support capacity planning across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to align priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Gather, synthesize, and organize complex project information into clear action plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
  • Prepare project updates, status reports, and key stakeholder communications.
  • Drive a proactive and collaborative project environment that supports delivery goals.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or resource management roles.
  • Experience working in software, data, digital, AI, or technology-driven project environments.
  • Strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and discussions in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
