Job Description

You lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact between Lear and the client throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from mechanical pre-project phase through installation and handover.
• Plan project execution and timelines in coordination with technical sales and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, automation, purchasing, and assembly.
• Allocate and organize workshop, assembly, and automation resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation designs to ensure technical and customer requirements are met.
• Oversee machine assembly and on-site installation, resolving technical issues and ensuring quality standards.
• Manage project financials, including cost control, budget tracking, and approval of labor hours.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, managing communication, changes, and warranty-period support.
