<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">APQP is the main responsible of Assure program launches detecting risks and non conformities. Plan, Lead & manage Advance Quality Audits base on Lear Requirements, applicable product standards and customer requirements including specific requirements. Define and maintain Advance Quality processes and procedures assuring traceability with the applicable program requirements, processes and procedures of the rest of department/areas. Lead and Management AQ Metrics generation and Dashboard reporting 


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Plant & Customer support

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct product and processes plant audits. Detects and identifies non-conformities and carries out improvement / corrective action plans to prevent future potential failures.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support plant in the Customer APQP audits ensuring their requirements are correctly understood and applied
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Being the liaison with Customer responsible for APQP issues and other items not specified that could lead to a risk of the projects.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer quality requirements throughout the organization
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support Lear manufacturing plants as an escalation point


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">APQP compliance

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinate and control LPMP activities ensuring milestones and timing fulfillment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensure fulfillment of quality APQP activities according to LPMP or RASIC chart
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Follow up and ensure timing and content of APQP project status regular submissions according Customer and Lear milestones
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor the current APQP tools usage and reporting
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Detect systemic non compliance issues and work with cross functional team in preventive actions


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> Report and Escalation Process

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assure escalation process through an executive summary. Raise the alarm when there is a risk for Customer satisfaction or/and internal roadblock
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support plant APQP responsible or Quality Managers as escalation point in case of red flags or Customer demand


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be a success in this role you must have:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Industrial/Electronics engineer with experience in electronics automotive industry (2-3 years)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of IATF 16949 procedures for automotive
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of automotive industry standards AIAG, VDA, ANPQP
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge on core tools: FMEA/MSA/SPC/APQP/PPAP
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge on problem robust solving methodologies (8D, 5whys…)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Fluent in English


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-It would be a plus if you would have any of those:


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Certification as process auditor on VDA 6.3 or on ISO19011

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Certification ANPQP V3.1 (Nissan)

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Certification in IPC-610

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge ISO 26262

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Six sigma, PDCA, 5S, Lean manufacturing
