Advanced Manufacturing Senior Global Manager (Electronics Operations - Industry 4.0 Lead)

Position Overview 

Lead, coordinate and move to the next level the Global electronics operations Standardization of process and innovation in manufacturing


Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

  • Lead the standardization activities to improve global manufacturing processes. This includes:
  • Lead, Review, maintain, distribute global process standards, supporting and auditing the Plants when proceed
  • Lead from Ops. the Electronics Design guidelines and PFMEA for Manufacturing.
  • Support and Review all approved CI projects, Best Practices and Good ideas and distribute summary to Operations team on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the innovation activities to improve global manufacturing processes. This includes
    • Lead Review Factory 4.0 initiatives, update and distribute findings to Operations team.
    • New materials and technologies:  researching of new solder pastes, conformal coatings and secondary soldering systems that do not require touchup.
  • Update/maintain global plant profiles
  • Generate and distribute standardized videos for each facility to support new business opportunities
  • Work with our Global Non-Production Purchasing leads to bring in first offerings of new products for trial/process improvement basis.
  • Maintain and update required changes to our global manufacturing studies (new business quote) forms so that all locations are aligned
  • Working closely with product engineering to get all these activities in line with product lines of Advance Core Electronics, Connectivity & Electrification commodity


To be a success in this role you must have:

- Background in electronics engineering

- Manufacturing / Processes engineering experience in electronics in automotive sector

- Availability to travel and work internationally

- 3-5 years experience in management role

- Fluent in English

- Excel and power point

- Lean & CI mindset

- Knowledge about Industry 4.0  in a plus
