The main focus of this role is to ensure a strong relationship with Lear's customers. Ensure achievement of 100% customer service level and coordination of all customer related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Production management of assigned projects
• Managing customer demand
• Control and proper management of shipments to the customer
• Correct management of transport orders
• Proper management of customer packaging
• Proper management of customer complaints

Requirements:

• High level of discipline and responsibility to ensure outputs in the expected time
• Analytical skills
• Proactive and autonomous in problem solving
• Knowledge of MS Office
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or industrial company
• Fluent in Spanish and English, French is an advantage
