Position Overview

The mission of the role is managing the E-Systems Quality business in Europe and Africa; that is, to support the performance at plant, supplier and customer levels, participate and add the regional quality view on the division strategy and seamlessly execute the strategy agreed with the Global E-Systems Senior management team.

 

Your tasks:

As a Customer Care & Warranty Manager Electronics/Electrification (m / f) you will work in the field of customer quality and warranty and form between our end customer and the E-Systems plants in Europe and Africa, responsible for customer quality and warranty.

 

Your area of ​​activity essentially comprises:

• Review warranty contracts and prepare risk assessment for Electronics & Electrification products

• Monitor Warranty KPIs for Eu&Africa region

• Function as escalation point of contact for the customer with regard to quality issues and act as an important interface between the customer and the Lear production plants

• Support and escalation for Lear production plants in achieving green customer scorecards

• Review monthly warranty reports, analyze the warranty data (error analysis and determine the source of the error)

• Management report related to Warranty, Warranty payments and scorecards

• Report and follow up Significant issues affecting warranty & customer to management

• responsible for reporting, recording and processing quality data and key figures

 

Your profile:

• Completed university studies with a focus on vehicle technology or electronics/electrification

• At least 3 years of professional experience with contact with OEM customers

• Good knowledge of vehicle electrics / electronics

• Proactive, self-motivated and standalone worker

• Preferably knowledge in the automotive quality core tools

• Secure user knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• fluent in business English is a prerequisite for this position, german and French will be valued
