Job Description
You lead and moderate structured design risk analysis to ensure products are robust, manufacturable, and compliant with customer and industry standards. Working within Product Integrity & Technology, you bring cross‑functional teams together to connect design intent, DFMEA rigor, and manufacturing feasibility for programs based in Valls, Spain.
Responsibilities
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex

Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in DFMEA, product development, design engineering, or quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AIAG & VDA FMEA methodology and familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
- Hands‑on experience with DFMEA tools such as APIS, IQ‑FMEA, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven facilitation skills with the ability to lead structured, data‑driven discussions across functions.
