Job Description

We are looking for an Equipment Test & Tools Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced test solutions for automotive electronicsystems. You will play a key role in enabling engineering teams by delivering robust, automated test environments that simulate real-worldconditions. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and validation, supporting high-quality product development aligned withautomotive standards. 

You will:

Work on cutting-edge automotive electronics technologies​

Exposure to full product lifecycle development

Responsibilities

Design and develop test benches and HIL systems to emulate real operating environments​

Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable test solutions​

Deploy, validate, and maintain test setups and instrumentation​

Develop automated test cases using tools such as CANoe, Python, or LabVIEW​

Support testing teams (System, Hardware, Software, DV/PV, EMC) with reliable tooling​

Perform root cause analysis and first-level troubleshooting​

Manage external suppliers related to test equipment and setups​

Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 26262 and IATF​

Continuously improve tools, processes, and test efficiency

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • Programming skills (e.g., Python, CAPL, LabVIEW, or similar)

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English
