Your Responsibility:

You will be a member of the Divisional Headquarters Finance Team supporting regional administration entity. That means that in details you will:

  • Provide timely the month-end reporting and support on financial forecasts / budget.
  • Prepare accounting entries for month-end close.
  • Contribute to preparation of regulatory reporting through cooperation with Country Finance and Tax Teams.
  • Ensure the compliance of data and processes with Lear internal control, reporting and accounting procedures.
  • Work with internal and external auditors.
  • Optimize the processes and tools and drive to continuous improvement.
  • Provide the support to Europe FP&A Team as necessary.

 

Key Requirements

  • University degree and at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or audit.
  • Experience in Big 4 is a significant plus.
  • Very good Excel skills. Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) application will be further a plus.
  • Accounting knowledge and experience in preparation of financial statements. Knowledge of USGAAP will be an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient analytical skills, ability to synthesize the data.
  • Ability to work autonomously and on a self-initiative.
  • Reliability in meeting the committed timetable.
