Overview:

As Lear Functional Safety Auditor in Valls (Spain), your mission will be to manage Lear  FuSa (Functional Safety) audits to assure ISO 26262:2018  compliance covering FuSa Management department audits but also engineering and Manufacturing Plant topics.

Job description and duties:

The job comes with the following responsibilities and expectations:

• FuSa Audit system deployment
• Define FuSa KPIs  audit system
• Identify process gaps and  improvement together with FuSa Process reponsible
• Drive the development of a proactive Process Safety Culture
• Control and monitors non conformities progress until closure in FuSa department but also in engineering department and manufacturing plants related to safety relevant topcis
• Support problem solving strategies for significant Process Safety issues (8D, 5 Why’s)

To be a success in this role you must have:

• Engineering degree
• At least 1 years proven experience in functional safety or quality management activities
• Knowledge about PPAPs, APQP, LPMP, VDA, IATF, ASPICE, 8D and 5 Why’s
• Knowledge about ISO26262:2018
• Knowledge about Statistical Process Control, as well as tools like Stages of JIRA is desirable
• Experience conducting audits and assessments is desirable
• English language skills are a must, German desirable
• High communication and presentation skills
