We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the HR team at our Valls plant, part of the E-Systems division. This role is responsible for managing HR administration in line with internal procedures, supporting employees directly, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage time & attendance data (Visualtime) for payroll, supporting system integration with SAP SF.
• Prepare internal HR reports and handle external communications (Delt@, Sistema Red, Contrat@).
• Ensure timely, error-free HR admin tasks (contracts, permits, licenses).
• Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support audits, GDPR compliance, and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to documenting HR tasks for mid-term coverage planning.

Profile:

• High School education minimum.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative.
