This site serves as a center of excellence for electrification, connectivity, and high-voltage systems, with expertise in power distribution, battery management, and cybersecurity. It employs approximately 600 professionals, combining engineering and operational – central services roles. The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development.
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of IT systems within the administrative office at Valls Campus, an engineering center dedicated to the design, development, and innovation of electronic systems. This role involves supporting the engineering teams by maintaining robust IT infrastructure and providing high-quality service to enable seamless daily operations and project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support to ensure uninterrupted production processes at Valls Campus, aligning with the needs of both the administrative and e-Systems offices.
• Manage and maintain the campus’s networking infrastructure to guarantee system integrity and security.
• Collaborate with the administrative office to ensure IT initiatives support campus-wide operations, including administrative and production areas.
• Deliver first-class IT service, ensuring efficient incident resolution and adherence to corporate IT standards.
• Maintain and improve documentation of IT processes to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards, promoting consistent best practices across the facility.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and flawless implementation to support campus operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, including regulatory compliance and corporate standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
