Join a leading global automotive technology company at our Electronics Campus in Valls, Tarragona!
Our e-Systems plant specializes in advanced automotive electronics, supporting some of the world’s top car manufacturers. We are growing and looking for talented engineers passionate about industrial processes, automation, and new technologies.

 


Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage product industrialization, ensuring process quality, efficiency, and capacity.
• Lead the setup of new production lines and the introduction of new technologies.
• Support the industrialization of new projects, ensuring a smooth launch and achievement of project milestones.
• Drive innovation by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes in line with Industry 4.0 strategies.
• Prepare technical and cost improvement studies, ensuring compliance with customer, quality, and company standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience or knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing (SMT, automation, testing).
• Fluent English and Spanish skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and new technologies.
