An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Leadership Development Manager to drive the company’s values, culture and engagement initiatives across 9 countries within Western Europe. Reporting directly to the Leadership and Development Director for Europe and Africa, the Regional Manager will be responsible for partnering business stakeholders from both corporate and operational functions to implement corporate programs and best practices within the region.

 

As Regional L&D Manager for Western Europe your duties may include

 

  • In line with the objectives set by the business work to design and implement Learning and Org development Strategies

  • Partnering with Lear Leaders during the annual talent review process to drive succession planning initiatives and development plans for employees
  • Working with the L&D Director to develop content and coordinate sessions for internal academies
  • Driving the concept of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in hiring through innovative search methodologies
  • Assisting to review nominations and for global internal awards within the business
  • Managing the roll out of internal and external training programs
  • Supporting in the development of the Early Leadership Development Program within Europe and Africa

 

To be a success in this role you should have

 

  • 5 years minimum working within a core HR function servicing international stakeholder
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to Senior Leadership 
  • Experience in running training and development initiatives across multiple countries
  • Fluency in English and German languages is mandatory, French would be advantageous
  • Degree qualification in an HR (or equivalent) related discipline
