Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a technical team of 50, supported by team leaders, ensuring coordination across production lines.
• Oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for GPM systems and plant operations.
• Foster communication and collaboration with departments including Engineering, Quality, HR, and Logistics.
• Manage maintenance scheduling, work procedures, and safety standards while supervising external contractors.
• Ensure efficient inventory management using EAM and MINISTOCK systems.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance through effective communication and leadership.
• Analyze and resolve breakdowns through Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, ANDON) and support project delivery in production.
Qualifications and Skills:
• CFGS in regulation/control systems, computer systems, or related; higher education is a plus.
• Extensive experience managing technical teams in industrial maintenance, preferably in electronics (SMT, ICT, BE).
• Strong knowledge of IATF safety and quality systems.
• Technical level B1-B2 English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
