Your responsibilities

To lead our Supply Chain and Logistics Electronics Operations at regional level (multi sites, Europe & Africa) with with the intent to serve our customers, protect our operations, develop our suppliers, optimize cost and balance inventory

  • Support TRIR and LTIR (Lost Time incident rate), target zero accidents in our warehouses and SC related areas
  • Meet MOS KPIs targets, executing the SC CI roadmap to support + 1M$ savings from supply chain projects
  • Life CI culture by driving SC innovation projects; identify and implement Best Practices
  • Reduce further our material related downtime; support our plants on short-term pop ups, work on systematic resolutions to improve mid- and long-term.
  • Ensure 100% on time delivery
  • Ensure accuracy in Cycle Counting
  • Participate in the Fulfillment of the OI targets among the region
  • work on eliminating self-caused (non recoverable) PF; ensure pre-approvals for external caused PF, Target zero premium freight
  • Support actions and other functions to ensure smooth product launches by early stage readines in supply chain
  • Achieve 100% “green” status on customers Logistics ratings
  • Audit related procedures and processes.
  • Ensure fulfillment of OTIF target


Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree Is required, Supply Chain Master degree, Black Belt, or any other certifications and CI knowledge is a plus
  • Logistics, warehouse & flow management knowledge
  • Experience in inventory reductions
  • Operational experience in a multinational environment
  • Management of multi sites in different countries.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Able to travel internationally 10-20% of the time
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
