Your tasks:

Technical management of the project team in consultation with the department heads of the areas involved as part of the Lear Program Management Process (LPMP)
Creation and maintenance of the project plan (schedule, incl. milestones) in cooperation with the departments involved and the technical, financial and deadline goals agreed with the department head / manager program management
Communication, coordination and monitoring of the project process with all parties involved (customers, sales, calculation, development, quality, prototyping, production, etc.) Ongoing reporting of project status to department head and management
Monthly project cost control
Ongoing optimization of project goals
Implementation of offer presentations at the customer - in cooperation with the sales department

 

Your qualifications:

A successfully completed bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable

At least three years of professional experience in development, sales or project management within the automotive industry

Business knowledge and good understanding of modern technologies

Knowledge of the custom requirements of VW, BMW, DC, JLR, VCC, Ford and other OEMs

You are characterized by high motivation, planning and coordination skills and a structured way of working

Ability to work in a team and negotiation skills are among your characteristics

Fluent German or Spanish and English
