Job Description
Te incorporarás al equipo de administración de personal para gestionar procesos clave de nómina y asegurar el cumplimiento legal en las operaciones laborales. Tendrás un papel fundamental en la correcta ejecución de pagos, reporting y gestión de incidencias.
Responsibilities
- Gestionar la nómina de empleados/as asegurando precisión y cumplimiento legal.
- Coordinar el contacto con interlocutores de los distintos territorios.
- Elaborar y presentar impuestos relacionados con la nómina.
- Resolver incidencias de nómina de forma ágil y efectiva.
- Gestionar variables de nómina y controlar absentismos.
- Realizar la contabilización de nóminas, previsiones contables y conciliaciones.
- Administrar procesos en Sistema RED, incluyendo incapacidades temporales.
- Tramitar anticipos, préstamos, retenciones judiciales y certificaciones (maternidad/paternidad), así como enviar ficheros FDI y CRA vía SILTRA.
Experience Requirements
- Grado en Relaciones Laborales o formación equivalente en ámbito laboral.
- 1+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares de administración de nómina.
- Conocimiento de legislación laboral y procesos de nómina en España.
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de nómina, idealmente SAP.
- Nivel intermedio de inglés y habilidades de aprendizaje y proactividad.
