Working for a large multinational automotive company based at the Electronics campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain) and we are looking for highly qualified engineers who want to work for a global leader in automotive technology. Passionate about industrial engineering and automation, interested in hardware, software and new technologies.
We are looking for an Industrial Test Engineer to plan and manage the test industrialization, from strategy definition to its final implementation, according to quality requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement of production in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• New beginnings Test the industrialization of introducing new technologies into production.
• Developing and optimizing test coverage, reducing test time and false calls, optimizing test efficiency, and supporting operations to resolve testing issues as needed.
• Support innovation and ensure the technological development of processes and production equipment, the implementation of innovative projects with new concepts in accordance with the Factory 4.0 strategy.
• Training of direct workers on new procedures within the production process.

 Requirements:

• Graduated in mechanical engineering (specialization in industrial electronics or telecommunications will be an advantage).
• Programming skills.
• Knowledge of hardware.
• Ability to solve problems, proactive personality, show initiative.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
