Job Description

You lead the planning, integration, and optimization of tooling and equipment solutions within manufacturing. You ensure CAPEX investments, equipment readiness, and engineering execution align with operational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineers and technicians in tooling and equipment engineering
Plan and manage CAPEX investments for tooling and equipment projects
Oversee procurement and delivery of equipment aligned with specifications and timelines
Allocate resources and coordinate schedules across multiple engineering projects
Provide technical guidance on equipment design, selection, and process improvements
Approve updates to engineering work instructions and technical documentation
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment upgrades and maintenance
Ensure accurate tracking of tooling inventory and support new product introductions

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or engineering leadership
Strong knowledge of tooling, equipment integration, and CAPEX processes
Experience managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships
Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges
