Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to Logistics Manager, our future Logistics resident will have as main missions to manage the operation inside Geodis SVC from Lear side. Keep permanent contact with the plant and ensure the operation is running flawlessly from customer containment point of view and Lear/customer  procedures respect..

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Acts as an interface between LEAR and the customer
  • Interact with Lear Logistics plant team:

1/ flow follow-up : receptions from Lear Meknes  , SVC complete flow  , deliveries to Renault customer.

2/ Finish Goods stock management :

  • Customer coverage, EDI messages follow-up (STOACT/ASN), stock reports, stock accuracy (QAD vs Geodis system , FIFO ), periodical cycle counts , W2W inventories, engineering level changes follow-up ( obsoletes avoidance ), DLS ( extra orders) management  , back shipments from Renault management
  • Supervises LEAR 3PL activities including:

        1/ ensuring excellent quality of operation

        2/ensuring sufficient resource level

        3/ensuring efficient use of the resources

        4/ensuring process and cost efficiency improvements

  • Packaging management
  • Operates with Renault portal : synchronous flow management  , delivery performance
  • Participates at customers meetings from Lear side
  • Supports the Lear Quality actions on the Service Center site.
  • The above responsibilities can be updated based on the operation requirements / needs.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate in a Technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in the Automotive Industry
  • Automotive 1st Tier supplier experience
  • Good team coordination skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, analytical skills
  • Previous experience of a wire harnesses business
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written.
