Lear Corporation are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Wire Harness to join our sales leadership team within our E-Systems division. You will be based in our Paris HQ in Velizy.

 

You will be responsible of following price evolution for serial and in development programs and increase program profitability. You will also be in charge of building customer relationships of trust and reliability which result in growth and favorable commercial agreements.
 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Profitable Customer Growth
  • Coordinate and discuss commercial issue with the customer
  • Change management: margin improvement for development programs
  • Prepare and submit quotations to the customer and be the first contact in case of commercial and/or technical questions
  • Quotations: Professional tender letter which must cover all commercial and technical details and project specific conditions
  • Commercial / technical question: Assure to give customer feedback
  • Build relationship on working level with focus on purchasing
  • Build relationship with engineering to obtain 1st hand information
  • Support Programs changes management milestones

 

What you need to be successfull in this role

 

  • Bachelors degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales and marketing
  • Wiring OEM sales experience
  • A track record of obtaining new business and growing existing business
  • Ability to interact with customers, senior management, and various departments throughout the company
  • Proactive personality, demonstrating initiative and efficiency
  • Organizational skills - planning and monitoring activities and project progress
  • Strong communication skills with perfect command of French and English
