Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring timely and accurate HR administration.
- Manage employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR systems in compliance with legal and company requirements
- Process personnel administration activities including hiring, contract changes, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Assist employees and managers with HR policy, benefits, payroll, and employment-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, interview scheduling, employment documentation, and pre-employment activities.
- Support employee engagement, communication, and HR initiatives across the site.
- Prepare HR reports, personnel data analyses, and administrative documentation to support business decision-making.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or HR Shared Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing employee data, employment documentation, and personnel administration processes.
- Familiarity with labor legislation, HR systems, payroll inputs, and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
