We are looking for a colleague to join our group of finance professionals, that are passionate about having key financials under control, not afraid of any challenge and driving our fast growing business.

Key responsibilities:

• Commercial accounting for assigned customer (margin, retrobills, deductions)
• Commercial reserves calculation, follow up
• Commercial accounting SOX controls owner
• Customer funded asset/tooling tracking, invoicing pack preparation, policy updates, budget set up
• Purchasing – purchase price variance follow up with central purchasing on assigned suppliers, preventing payment delays
• Keeping the operating leases database up to date with all the backup documentation (Manage path), SOX controls over leases owner
• Active communicator between department, Shared Service centers and central functions in all matters in scope

Month end close:
• Monthly margin analysis
• Supplier underbilling reserve calculation and booking
• Commercial reserves for assigned customer calculation and booking
• Warranty model true-up and booking
• Lease and Manage path journal preparation and booking
• Balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts

Other:
• Quarterly SOX testing
• Audit requests accomplishment (statutory, compliance)
• Taking part on stock takes (inventory, fixed assets)
• Supporting plant controller with ad-hoc tasks

Our Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in controlling or finance department
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Confident communicator, talking with impact
• Ready to work in challenging environment
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong PC skills – MS Office advanced, Hyperion user
• Confident in English language conversations
• Self-driven attitude
• Experience with SOX controls
• Any Certification by ACCA preferred
