Ensuring the successful implementation of the entrusted project within the production plant, supporting the fulfillment of the financial goals and objectives of the project, as well as the fulfillment of all requirements for the implementation of the project leading to customer satisfaction. Ensuring communication links at all necessary internal as well as external levels. Active participation and ensuring continuous improvement within the entrusted project.

 

Main activities:

  • Management of the entrusted project and its coordination with the program or internal team
  • Creation of a time schedule of projects and individual phases within the production plant
  • Coordination and management of project costs
  • Reporting according to needs to the direct superior
  • Coordination and management of regular meetings according to the internal needs of the plant
  • Cooperation in the introduction of customer standards
  • Reporting of weak and risky areas of the project
  • Planning serial internal and external orders / production
  • Support and cooperation with the program team and with the department. Engineering in ensuring process trials
  • Providing support in the preparation and management of system process documentation
  • Designing and actively participating in the concept of production streamlining, equipment modification, continuous improvement within the entrusted project
  • Improving and introducing standards, processes, layouts
  • Identification and introduction of new technologies with regard to manufacturability, budget and return on investment
  • Collaborating with customer complaints and actively designing solutions in processes to avoid them, applying industrial engineering tools
  • Performing analyzes and implementation of corrective measures in case of non-conforming products, process and technological problems, complaints
  • Co-responsibility for correct technological procedures, up-to-date work instructions as well as proposals for change so that the entrusted project is efficient and in accordance with the principles of lean production
  • Searching for new solutions in the field of improving production processes, reducing working time, the complexity of individual production operations, downtimes, risks of malfunctions and occupational accidents
  • Adherence to regulations and documentation based on the quality management system in accordance with the IATF16949 standard, to meet the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and internal regulations for the protection of the environment and safety and health at work, and the requirements required by the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Performs other activities according to the superior's instructions

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsibility for automation, management of technical changes on production lines, equipment and systems
  • Responsibility for configuration and programming (external/internal) PLC
  • Responsibility for configuring production equipment and systems according to customer specifications and internal regulations
  • Responsibility for defining and implementing technical measures when dealing with internal and external complaints
  • Responsibility for configurations, settings and adjustments on production lines and systems according to internal requirements in order to streamline production, reduce downtime and optimize processes
  • Responsibility for monitoring the financial and technological aspects of the project and taking steps in accordance with the company's goals
  • Responsibility for project management related to automation and mechanics in production and logistics processes
  • Cooperation in creating procedures for the Engineering department
  • Acting in accordance with applicable guidelines and the Lear Corporation Code of Ethics
  • Being responsible for fulfilling your job duties in accordance with product requirements

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 3 years of experience in production
  • Fluent in Slovak and English
  • Computer skills:  MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Simatic, WinCC
  • Technical skills: Drawing documentation, Process and project documentation, Project management, PLC programming, Simatic WinCC, Knowledge of low-current electronics, sensors, PDCA, 5Why, LEAN, 5S methods, Six Sigma, Knowledge of ISO TS
