Job Description
You lead end-to-end production and launch operations at the Voderady plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing aligned with corporate and customer expectations. This senior leadership role directly impacts plant performance, cost control, people development, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Production and Launch teams to achieve targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people.
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational losses.
- Own production KPIs, including efficiency, headcount, downtime, and capacity, in line with approved forecasts.
- Ensure flawless product launches in close cooperation with Program Management and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all legal, environmental, and HSE requirements.
Your Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in senior operations or production leadership within automotive manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary production teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Advanced English communication skills and experience working in an international corporate environment.
