Voderady is a JIT Complete Seat Assembly facility with approximately 1000 staff covering a space of 22,000 SQM.

What will be your task?

• Building and motivating a team of 3 production shifts (circa 400 employees)
• Working with leaders in the plant to develop current quality tools and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensuring customers’ needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, times and efficiency.
• Being the escalation point for analyzing product defects and implementing preventative actions.
• Developing measurements and prevention systems in the production processes.
• Working together with the Health and Safety department to ensure best practices are rolled out.

What is our needs?

• Strong drive, determination and man management skills to lead from the front and get the best out of your team.
• A minimum of 4 years Management experience working within an JIT automotive production environment.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills to provide systematic solutions to issues that arise.
• Fluency in Slovak or Czech plus English language is mandatory.
