Today is the perfect time to join Lear Corporation as we plan to build an R&D Center at our JIT plant in Voderady. The growth of our new technical center will work closely with the R&D teams in Pilsen (Czech Republic) in the design and construction of seat components for various projects. As this is a new team, you will have the unique opportunity to join a company with all the progression opportunities that a rapidly expanding team provides, while still having all the benefits of working for an established market leader.

What will be your task?

• Introduction of customer requirements into pre-series production, close cooperation with production. Responsibility for managing the assigned project from its assignment by the customer to the start of serial production. leadership and coordination of project team members.
• Creation of a project plan, supervision of compliance with project deadlines and goals, reporting to a superior.
• Participating in the preparation & updating of technical documentation
• Design implementation and design solutions to meet customer requirements and legislative requirements
• Analyzing the causes of defects and discrepancies
• Monitoring and registration of product deficiencies and participation in their elimination in cooperation with the internal SME team.
• Participation in the preparation of the internal system based on the IATF standard 16949
• Representing the Technical Center in Pilsen in communication with the customer

What do we need from you?

• University of mechanical engineering, knowledge of materials and production technologies will be a great advantage.
• Experience in a similar position (project management / project management within the automotive or similar sector).
• Communicative level of English, German an advantage.
• Creative technical thinking "outside of the box" is crucial for us, we are looking for the right talents and professionals.
