Cost Analyst

Agua Prieta, Sonora

 

 

As a Cost Analyst you will be responsible to preparation of unit costs through tracking and controlling purchase orders, as well as labor and overhead rates. Reconciliation and control of inventories and cost of sales. Recording and controlling inventory and scrap adjustments. 

 

YOUR TASK WILL BE

  • Cost roll-up process
  • Determination of daily, weekly, monthly costs
  • Manning's monthly analysis and report by program.
  • Analysis and reporting of unit costs of finished products for the preparation of monthly forecasts.
  • Analysis of Purchasing Savings
  • Timely updating of prices and costs in the system to minimize risks
  • Application of adjustments of engineering changes
  • Responsible for coordinating physical inventory and waiver request if applicable
  • Participation in the monthly closing process with everything related to costs and inventories.
  • Price/cost analysis in conjunction with CBR
  • 100% compliance in LPA / 5S audits and any other required
  • Active participation in internal and external audits / FOA / SOX Certification, etc.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in general accounting/Finance or Related
  • Advanced English
  • Skill in computer software Office. Excellent skills in excel
  • +2 years in the areas of Cost Accounting.
