We are dedicated to providing the best in Quality looking for Customer Satisfaction ensuring the highest standards managed by discipline and overcoming expectations from customer. Focusing on prevention and providing a fast response to any concern.       

 

YOUR TASK WILL BE

 

  • Primary interface between customer and manufacturing plant
  • Coordinate with the Quality Engineer the implementation of plant containment measures for quality issues reported by the customer.
  • Internally, you will act as an expert in the specific requirements of the client related to the product, process, and expectations for everything related to quality.
  • Coordinate and ensure effective closure of all corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality problems.

                                                                                     

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
  • Leadership, proactive, focused on results.
  • 4 years working in the function within a manufacturing environment, working in automotive industry.
  • Knowledge in customer portals (BMW, Mercedes, Nisan)
  • Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, problem solving, customer requirements.
  • Fluent English
