Job Description
NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | LAUNCH MANAGER | AGUA PRIETA, SON
Achieve the fulfillment of the Plant's objectives through the optimal management of resources and programs under the responsibility of the department. Likewise, represent the Client's needs regarding the requirements of the IATF16949 and ISO-14000 standards.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will be:
- Planning, coordination, and execution of new projects and transfers, ensuring their completion on time, with quality, and within budget.
- Develop and implement facilities, processes, tools, and products, keeping them at the latest level.
- Develop communication skills for reporting and continuous communication with senior management and directors.
- Implement actions to improve the product and reduce costs.
- Detect needs and seek the allocation of the necessary budget to meet them, as well as the management of such budgets.
- Contact between client, program manager, and plant for the implementation of engineering changes or the launch of new programs/projects.
- Ensure the correct execution of the launch of new programs according to client events.
- Coordination of all departments and related functions during the launch of new programs or projects.
- Engage personnel to work in the prevention and elimination of risks in order to safeguard the physical integrity of personnel, facilities, and the environment.
- Disseminate the culture and values of the organization
Skills
Education Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working in the function within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and listening ability
Certifications / Licenses
- Project Management, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP
