Job Description
As Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the building in good condition, implementing improvement ideas, and planning facility operations, as well as ensuring energy supplies and reducing energy costs.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive building maintenance activities.
• Maintain substations, compressors, lighting systems, refrigeration, buildings, electrical installations, and administration.
• Monitor energy use, review consumption, and seek cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing systems in the departments.
• Train and educate the team or identify specific training needs.
• Develop service provider and monitor maintenance policies for peripheral equipment.
• Implement and maintain Lear building standardization.
• Maintain department KPIs within target.
Skills
Education Requirements
Industrial, electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering.
Experience Requirements
• Knowledge of nitrogen system maintenance, high- and medium-voltage handling, painting, working at heights, basic plumbing, and construction.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.• Experience in the electronics industry is required.
Languages
Intermediate English level
