We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Facilities Supervisor, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division). 

As Facilities Supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Maintenance Manager.

 

Your Task will be

  • Coordinate corrective, preventive and predictive building maintenance activities.
  • Monitor energy, review consumption and seek cost reduction.
  • Implement lean manufacturing systems in your areas.
  • Implement work plans with priorities and progress monitoring systems.
  • Train and educate your group or detect specific training needs.
  • Develop service providers.
  • Monitor maintenance policies for peripheral equipment.
  • Implement and maintain the standardization of Lear buildings.
  • Maintain area KPIs within target.
  • Participation in quality and environmental management systems.

 

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, Electronic, mechanics, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
  • English proficient
  • Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
  • knowledge Nitrogen Systems
